When very small puppies are surrendered or abandoned they can suffer depression and anxiety without their mum to look after them.  A heart beat buddy is a battery operated toy dog that provides heat and simulated heart beat, to soothe them to sleep.  This gift will help us purchase buddies so our shelter pups feel warm and safe.
